Job Description:

  • Stay abreast of the bank’s products, services, and essential regulatory requirements. Foster awareness of product offerings among Enhanced Transaction Banking (ETB) Priority Banking clients.
  • Ensure the attainment of assigned targets for deposit mobilization, cross-selling, and New to Bank (NTB) goals set by management.
  • Conduct proactive and rapid client calls daily, facilitating positive fund movement within the existing client portfolio and onboarding potential new clients.
  • Achieve consistent NTB Account onboarding monthly, with a particular focus on growth in Current Account and Savings Account (CASA), meeting the assigned Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Drive portfolio and business growth while upholding Service Quality levels and maintaining a zero-tolerance stance towards control and compliance issues.
  • Provide exemplary customer service to priority banking clients, offering advice on solutions to address their financial needs.
  • Stay current on emerging market social, economic, and business trends to identify avenues and opportunities to enhance the Branch’s portfolio and business volumes.
  • Ensure the Priority Center premises are maintained to enhance customer experience and uphold the bank’s market reputation.
  • Ensure that business relationships comply thoroughly with the Bank’s Policies and Regulatory requirements concerning Know Your Customer (KYC) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) completion.
